I am in no way a wellness guru. Honestly I still eat Cheetos and quartz of ice cream in one sitting. Not together...but those are two of my weaknesses.
Beyond food and working out I hadn’t put much thought into other aspects of health until 2019 when I started my balance journey. And even then I didn’t connect the dots immediately that the things that I was doing for my mental state were having a direct impact on my physical and even spiritual health as well.
When I met Jessica Medina in 2020 in the midst of a pandemic I learned so much! At that time I had no idea that I’d be working on a segment for Boss Moms all over the world. But I did know that Jessica was on to something with her approach to health and wellness.
Every time I get to talk with the mothers for Mompreneur Mondays I’m inspired and in awe of how amazing moms are and the tremendous impact we are having on the world beyond raising the next generation.
This week I got to share Natalie Seger with you all. She and I spoke back in January and I’ve been looking forward to sharing this amazing mommy with you all. There's something seriously special about her mission and who Natalie is at her core.
Natalie is a mother of 2, wife, animal lover, gardener and a true believer in making a difference in the world. Which is what led her to launching Great Social Club.
Originally Great Social Club was intended to be a social media management platform. However Natalie saw that it could be more. She envisioned a club of people who could get together and feel comfortable about who they are in the digital world.

But wanting good skin and having it are two very different things. And getting to clear, elastic and youthful looking and feeling skin can be tough.
For one there are a ton of products on the market, and all of our skin is different.
Oh and don’t forget that where you live can also have a huge impact on your skin and what you need to do for it.
For Philippa, the harshness of being in the sun without protecting herself with sunscreen, had taken its toll. Untl her younger sister introduced her to Rodan + Fields.
