Hi! Great to see that you're ready to take make yourself a priority and introduce balance. Creating balance isn't easy and you will have to learn to hold yourself accountable and to manage your time. This journey is continuous and I'm honored that you've chosen me to be a part of it.
Due to the impact, dedication and overall grit this journey requires, I'm very selective about who I work with. While I work with serious clients, this choice isn't just about me. You deserve a coach that can understand where you are and where you want to be, meet you where you are and push you to the next level. While I'd love to be that person for all mamas I know that I'm not, and will not waste your time or money if I am not 100% confident I can help you reach your goal.
The purpose of us working together is for me to help you with your self discipline, accountability and "time management". Which will lead to a balanced lifestyle. To better assist me in finding out if you're a good fit for my 1:1 coaching please complete the request form below.
To best assist you I currently offer 1 session and 3 programs. All sessions are virtual via zoom. Only your first session will require the booking form be completed.
1. Strategy Session
30 Min $15
Have a lot on your plate? Trying to figure out what balance is for you? In your strategy session we will talk about your current lifestyle and work together on a plan that will help you to not only create but to also maintain balance in your life. The focus will be to structure a routine/schedule that promotes balance and encourages you to make yourself and your goals a priority. Implementing the schedule we create will allow you to better manage your time and discover time you didn't even know you had.
2. Balancing Act
4 Weeks $50-$60
You've got a schedule, but you haven't built the habits yet to stick to it. That's normal, it takes 90 days to build a habit and to be honest we don't always know how to give ourselves the motivation we need to get started.
Balancing Act is about creating action behind the plan. Learn to hold yourself accountable over 4 weeks. Reflect on what you've done well and what you could improve on, then ACT on it! I'll be with you for 1 hr each week to help you keep focused on the big picture.
Optional daily accountability check ins via text.
3. Balance Bootcamp
90 Days $200
Balance bootcamp is a 90 day program designed to help you to identify and care for your needs without dropping the ball in other areas of life. It’s called a boot-camp because breaking the cycle of putting yourself last is HARD WORK! Creating balance is about choices, dedication, accountability and consistency. At the end of the 90 days you will have the tools to maintain balance as well as the habits that will encourage you to do so.

4. Accountability On The GO
Monthly plans starting at $20
For the busy mama who just needs a quick reminder or accountability check in. I've got you covered! Get personal accountability texts from me once a week, twice a week or M-F! To best serve you, by knowing what I'm holding you accountable for, Accountability On The Go is only available to mamas who have completed one of the above programs.
